Opened in 2010 the centre is run by the volunteer directors of Glan Morfa
Cycling Association (Marsh Tracks) Limited (Company Reg Number 07176753).
The track is built on the old Rhyl Tip where a century’s worth of rubbish lies
under your wheels.
